Acceptance of these terms

By using mumcourses.com, registering for a workshop, or joining an activity offered by Mothers United Moment (MUM), you agree to these terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services. Additional written terms may apply to a particular workshop, community, purchase, publication, or contribution.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and not impersonate another person. Parents or lawful guardians are responsible for any authorized material involving minors.

Workshop access

• Workshop dates, duration, speakers, content, capacity, and availability may change when reasonably necessary.
• A free seat has no cash value, cannot be resold, and is subject to capacity and any registration requirements.
• The current workshop is live-only and no replay is promised unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
• We may refuse or remove access for disruptive, abusive, unsafe, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.

Respectful participation

Workshop and community discussions may be personal. You must respect others' privacy, dignity, boundaries, intellectual property, and safety. You may not record, screenshot, copy, identify, contact, exploit, harass, or republish another participant or her story without clear permission.

Our intellectual property

The site, workshop, methods, text, photographs, recordings, graphics, branding, and other MUM materials are owned by or licensed to MUM and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for personal, non-commercial use expressly allowed by us, you may not copy, record, reproduce, adapt, sell, teach, distribute, scrape, train an artificial-intelligence system on, or create derivative works from them without prior written permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of original content you provide. Sending a message or taking part in a workshop does not automatically authorize public use. If you submit content for The Mom Archive, a book, media, promotion, or exhibition, the separate Submission Terms and any specific release or consent form apply.

Third-party services and links

This site links to external registration, social-media, book-retail, and other services. Their terms, privacy practices, prices, availability, and content are controlled by them. A link does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement, and MUM is not responsible for a third party's acts, omissions, or service interruptions.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and services are provided on an ‘as available’ basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. MUM does not promise uninterrupted access, particular personal outcomes, publication, selection, media exposure, or commercial results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUM and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, your breach of these terms, or content you submit without the necessary rights or permissions. This does not apply where the loss was caused by MUM's unlawful conduct.

Changes, severability, and governing law

We may update these terms prospectively. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without overriding mandatory consumer or privacy protections that apply in your country. Disputes are subject to the competent courts where MUM's operating legal entity is established, unless applicable law gives you another mandatory forum.
